Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancel services purchased from Powerhipae.
1. Digital Products
Digital products, including the Starter Loop Guide and Monthly Stride Journal, are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital goods:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product file has not been downloaded or opened
- Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for refund unless the file is defective or materially different from its description
- To request a refund for an unopened digital product, contact us at contactus@powerhipae.world with your order details
2. Coaching Session Packages
For the Coaching Session Pack and individual coaching sessions:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling at no additional charge
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may forfeit that session credit
- Unused sessions in a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been completed
- After the first session has been conducted, partial refunds are calculated based on remaining unused sessions minus a 15% administrative fee
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
Under the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), consumers within the EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. This right does not apply to:
- Digital content that has been delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal
- Services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period expires
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:
- Email contactus@powerhipae.world with your full name, order date, product or service purchased, and reason for the request
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
5. Defective Products
If you receive a digital product that is corrupted, incomplete, or substantially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a corrected file or issue a full refund at your preference.
6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our resolution of a refund request, you may refer the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or seek resolution through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
